As the head of operations, my role is dynamic, from keeping the team on track with projects to ensuring the office runs efficiently. I’m often found running between backstage operations and client-facing meetings, allowing me to interact with everyone in the office while getting to know our clients.

I graduated from Missouri Baptist University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Holding a Life and Health Insurance license and a Series 7 securities license, I’m currently working on obtaining my Series 66 license and other certifications. I’ve been working full-time with Skrobonja Financial since 2016 and am thrilled to work alongside friends and family who all care about each other – which, I believe, translates into the care we have for our clients. I find it exciting to see plans come together for our clients and to play a pivotal role in their lives.

I’m also the College Pastor at First Baptist Arnold and have a wonderful family: Taylor, my wife, and our three great kids: Waylon, McCoy, and SallyAnn. We have two Bluetick beagles named Willie and Charlie and a black cat named Smokey. I enjoy playing guitar, hunting, fishing, skateboarding, and playing baseball, and I’m a fan of Pirates of the Caribbean. Growing up, I loved reading John Maxwell books while all the other kids watched SpongeBob.
